1. Our Role – Not a Lender

LoanDirectUSA is not a lender, does not extend credit, and does not make credit decisions. We provide an online platform that allows you to submit information, which we may share with independent lenders, loan brokers, and/or debt-relief providers ("Providers"). Any offers, terms, or services you may receive are solely from Providers and are subject to their separate terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for U.S. residents, age 18 or older. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Credit Inquiries

By submitting your information, you authorize Providers to obtain consumer reports, including soft credit inquiries, to evaluate eligibility. A soft inquiry does not impact your credit score. If a Provider requires a hard inquiry, that Provider will seek your separate consent.

4. No Guarantees

LoanDirectUSA does not guarantee that you will be matched with a Provider, that you will receive an offer, or that any particular loan or debt-relief option is available. All rates, terms, and outcomes are determined solely by Providers.

5. Communications Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by us and Providers (or their service providers) via phone, SMS/text, email, and prerecorded/artificial voice messages using automated technology at the numbers and addresses you provide, even if listed on a Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not required as a condition of using the Services. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Educational Content Only

Any content provided on the Services is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with your own advisors regarding your individual situation.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and current information when using the Services and not to misuse the Services by violating laws, submitting false data, or interfering with site functionality or security.

8. Third-Party Providers

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or control third-party content or services and are not responsible for them. Interactions with Providers are solely between you and those Providers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOANDIRECTUSA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LoanDirectUSA and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Rules. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis; class or representative actions are not permitted. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Updates are effective upon posting with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
